No, it’s not a SF title! You can actually have a skin like silk, however that means taking care of it regularly. Let’s see what you need to start your “Silky skin” treatment: hydrating soap, baby oil, a soft sponge, a soft towel, hydrating face cream and optionally a tanning cream.
Fist step: take a long relaxing bath, use bath oil and sea salt, read a book that you like but don’t stay longer than 30 minutes. After you relaxed yourself is time to use an exfoliating shower gel and then a hydrating soap. Take the soft sponge and clean yourself and then spray cold water on your body (not too cold) to assure a good blood circulation.
Second step: Get out and dry yourself with that soft towel, on the way to your room look in the mirror and admire yourself (it doesn’t matter if you are too skinny or too fat, try to like yourself and observe your qualities). Take some hydrating face cream, apply it on your face then take the baby oil and apply it on your body. Dress yourself in something made of cotton, grab a cup of hot chocolate and play a good movie. If you do this at least once a week you will surely feel the difference, not only your skin will look better but you will be more relaxed and ready to work the next day.
