How to Have Healthy Looking Skin

We all want it and some have done crazy things to get it, but how do you get healthy looking skin that is free from blemishes, lines and wrinkles, and acne scars? There are a number of ways you can do this and here are a few of them.

Consume a Balanced Diet

Smoking does not aid in skin care and for healthy skin nicotine is one of the enemies. The blood vessels that brings the skin it nutrients are attacked by Nicotine preventing it from doing its job.
